I had so hoped that Khaled Hosseini would have another novel...I so enjoyed his books, and our book clubs (I belong to two) agreed that these were two of the best we have ever read. Looking forward to reading "And The Mountains Echoed"

I loved both of the previous books and was amazed at how well this author wrote from the female perspective in A THOUSAND SPLENDID SUNS.

I ride A Thousand Splendid Suns and loved it. I could not put it down. How the main character led her life and was entertwined with the lady of the house she lived in. And how though the main character tried to stay out of the main wife's life and not make her upset.............how by the end they both learned to love one another and help each other. I am so looking forward to reading his new book. I'm hoping it keeps me from doing anything except read till I finish the book. I'm sorry I can't remember the characters names. It's been a few years since I read this book.
