The Nobel Prize in Literature 2015

The Nobel Prize in Literature for 2015 has been awarded to the Belarusian author Svetlana Alexievich "for her polyphonic writings, a monument to suffering and courage in our time." Alexievich is the 14th woman to win the literature prize.
