Here are comments from our group of Advance Readers about Alex Kava's EXPOSED.

Cindy from Newnan, GA

Have you previously read a book by Alex Kava?
No, I have not --- but I like the way she writes.

What other suspense/thriller authors do you usually read?
Some of my favorite authors are David Baldacci, Jeffery Deaver, Kathy Reichs, Dean Koontz, Lee Child, Robert B. Parker, Harlan Coben, Greg Iles and Sandra Brown.

What did you think of EXPOSED?
I liked it. I like the way she writes --- short chapters in different perspectives. It is a page turner.  The virus issue is scary --- so much so that I almost didn’t want to keep reading, but found I just couldn’t stop.

Would you ever read a future book by Alex Kava?
Yes!

Gail from Knoxville, TN

Have you previously read a book by Alex Kava?
Yes, I've read all but WHITEWASH.

What other suspense/thriller authors do you usually read?
I read Michele Martinez, Richard Montanari, Michael Connelly, John Connolly, Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child, James W. Hall, Randy Wayne White, Mary Anna Evans, Karin Slaughter, Jeffery Deaver, Tess Gerritsen, Kathy Reichs, Nick Stone and Cody McFadyen, for starters.

What did you think of EXPOSED?
It was a good, quick read.

Would you ever read a future book by Alex Kava?
Yes, her Maggie O'Dell books.

Jamene from Huntington Beach, CA

Have you previously read a book by Alex Kava?
Yes, I have read several of her books.

What other suspense/thriller authors do you usually read?
I read Michael Connelly, T. Jefferson Parker, Andrew Vachss, Robert Crais and James Patterson, to name a few.

What did you think of EXPOSED?
I love Maggie O’Dell in all four of the books that I read before this one. A strong female lead is uplifting for women. The novel was fast paced and exciting. I can't wait for the next one!

Would you ever read a future book by Alex Kava?
I am waiting! Please hurry.

I work in a family-run bookstore in Orange County and recommend Alex Kava's books frequently.

Mary Angela from Big Sandy, TN

Have you previously read a book by Alex Kava?
No.

What other suspense/thriller authors do you usually read?
Lisa Jackson and James Patterson.

What did you think of EXPOSED?
This was a really great book that kept you guessing to the very end.

Would you ever read a future book by Alex Kava?
Yes. I am going to see if I can find some of the other books that came before EXPOSED.

Sonnia from Wallkill, NY

Have you previously read a book by Alex Kava?
No.

What other suspense/thriller authors do you usually read?
I read Nora Roberts, David Baldacci, James Patterson and John Grisham.

What did you think of EXPOSED?
I thought it was a quick read that caught my attention early and sustained it throughout. I appreciated the research, which provided accurate, factual information through fiction.

Would you ever read a future book by Alex Kava?
Yes.

Cindy from Acton, CA

Have you previously read a book by Alex Kava?
Yes, I have read every one of her books.

What other suspense/thriller authors do you usually read?
I read Jonathan Kellerman, Dean Koontz, Phillip Margolin, Lee Child, Harlan Coben, Marcia Muller, Stuart Woods, and Greg Iles.

What did you think of EXPOSED?
I do not believe this was her best effort. I kept waiting for something big to happen, and it never did. She did ample research on the subject, and it was entertaining. I like her lead characters, but the story was a little shallow.

Would you ever read a future book by Alex Kava?
Of course, I'll keep tuned for the next book she writes; she's a terrific author.
