What did you think of COLD HEARTED?
COLD HEARTED is full of suspense. I enjoyed reading it.
Would you ever read a future book by Beverly Barton?
Yes, I would read other books by Beverly Barton.
Have you previously read a book by Beverly Barton?
I have not read any of her books.
What other romantic suspense authors do you usually read?
I have never read any romantic suspense novels before, so I was very pleased to have have the opportunity not only to read this book, but to find out a little more about this genre.
What did you think of COLD HEARTED?
I really liked the story. It kept me involved and I was anxious to get to the next chapter to find out who the murderer was. I enjoyed it so much that I have passed it on to other members of my book club, and we are looking into reading another one of her books.
Would you ever read a future book by Beverly Barton?
I would, but now that I know that some of these characters were in Barton's previous books, I intend to read some of them. This is the neat thing that I have found out in reading the Bookreporter.com newsletter. It has given me the opportunity to read about books I probably would never have tried.

Yes and no. I read a book that Beverly Barton contributed a section to --- MOST LIKELY TO DIE.

I generally do not read romantic suspense, but I have read a few books by Linda Howard and Lisa Jackson.
What did you think of COLD HEARTED?
I liked the book very much. It kept my interest and had me guessing the entire way through. There was just the right amount of suspense and romance.
Would you ever read a future book by Beverly Barton?
Yes. I'm glad I had the opportunity to read the book and discover a new author. I look forward to her new book due out in January 2009.

I don't usually read romantic suspense athors, but I have read them on occasion.

I loved it... I never would have guessed.

No, this was the first book of Beverly Barton I have read.
What other romantic suspense authors do you usually read?
I have read a lot of Mary Higgins Clark and Carol Higgins Clark.
What did you think of COLD HEARTED?
I really enjoyed it. I read so many different types of books that I tend to figure out how they end before I finish reading them, but this book kept me guessing the whole way through. It was also refreshing to have a main character with inner turmoil that everyone could relate to at some point.
Would you ever read a future book by Beverly Barton?
Yes, I actually just finished the book last night and went to the library today to check out another.
