- Steve conducted his research for THE TEMPLAR LEGACY in Andorra, the French Pyrenees and Paris.
- Steve created Cotton Malone, a lead character in THE TEMPLAR LEGACY, while sitting at a Copenhagen cafe in a popular Danish square. Malone's first scene in THE TEMPLAR LEGACY takes place at the same Danish square where Steve conceived the character: Højbro Plads.

- Steve's three previous novels were national bestsellers, appearing on the New York Times, USA Today, Publishers Weekly, and Book Sense bestseller lists. THE THIRD SECRET even debuted at #13 on the New York Times list during its first week of sale.
- Steve's books have been published in 29 languages to date.
- Steve enjoys traveling for both business and pleasure and has spent time in the Caribbean, Mexico, Germany, Austria, England, Italy, Switzerland, Holland, France and Denmark.
