What did you think of TAKE ME, TAKE ME WITH YOU?
I enjoyed this book, especially the psychological aspect of the characters. Loneliness and the inability to make good choices when the intellect would like to, I found particularily intriguing. I found it educating to see the development of these very lonely individuals.

What did you think of TAKE ME, TAKE ME WITH YOU?
It took a few chapters to get used to the style of writing but I did however like the book. I am thankful I received this book, (not the ARC --- don't know if that makes a difference), because this isn't a novel I would normally choose to read. I liked the fact that the chapters were short and the story moved along. Lauren Kelly certainly gives depth to her characters and really leaves you something to think about.
Would you read future titles by Lauren Kelly?
I would read other titles --- the one out next sounds good too!

What other suspense/thriller writers do you read?
Dennis Lehane, Harlan Coben, Lee Child, Laura Lippman --- too many more to name.
What did you think of TAKE ME, TAKE ME WITH YOU?
I thought it was pretty good --- nice prose, strong level of suspense, interesting characters. My one complaint would be that at just 229 pages, it's pretty thin for a suspense/thriller. But, overall, I enjoyed the book.
Would you read future titles by Lauren Kelly?
Yes, probably.

What did you think of TAKE ME, TAKE ME WITH YOU?
Unfortunately I didn’t like this book. I found the storyline predictable. The writing style was a bit choppy and I never cared for the lead character. There was quite a bit of tension engendered by Lara’s search for the truth, but ultimately I felt very let down by the ending. The relationship Lara develops with the ‘mysterious’ Zed also turned me off completely.
Would you read future titles by Lauren Kelly?
At this point, probably not.

Other suspense author/thriller authors I read are: Jonathan Kellerman, Jeffery Deaver, Harlan Coben, Stephen White, James Patterson, David Baldacci and Michael Connelly.
What did you think of TAKE ME, TAKE ME WITH YOU?
I had a very difficult time finishing this book. If I had not made the commitment to read it and answer questions, I probably would have put it aside. I thought it was well written, but very intense. The plot twists probably are what kept me interested. I could not "feel" for the main character, Lara. And Zedrick was very strange. I think the first person, psychological genre may not be for me.
Would you read future titles by Lauren Kelly?
I probably would not read anything else by Lauren Kelly if they were similar to this book.

What other suspense/thriller writers do you read?
I thrive on suspense novels and have a long list of favorite authors including both Pattersons, Margolin, Cornwell, Hoag, Baldacci, Sandford, Connelly, and I could go on but won't.
What did you think of TAKE ME, TAKE ME WITH YOU?
This book was unlike any other book I've read. By the time I was finished I was both horrified for the emotional and psychological damage that Lara's parents had imposed on all three children by their carelessness, and frustrated because Lara seems stuck in a self destructive rut. I did find it interesting that Ryan, the one child who had most completely self-destructed, came out to be the most normal in the end.
Would you read future Lauren Kelly titles?
I would probably not seek out books by Lauren Kelly again, primarily because I found the time shifts in TAKE ME, TAKE ME WITH YOU made it difficult to read, and with so many other authors that I like I don't usually read subsequent books when I've not thoroughly enjoyed the initial one.
