What did you think of FULL MOON RISING?
FULL MOON RISING was a real pleasure to read. Once I started it, I didn't want to stop! Keri Arthur has created a very interesting world that her vampires and werewolves inhabit. Riley Jenson and her twin brother, Rhoan, are rare hybrids of vampire and werewolf. The book contains lots of suspense and romance when Riley tries to solve the mystery of her brother's disappearance. Also, since Riley is more werewolf than vampire, she is greatly influenced by the moon and has an overwhelming need to have sex. I would recommend this book for any reader who enjoys vampire/werewolf books. I am eagerly awaiting the next book in the series!
Would you ever read a future book by Keri Arthur?
Yes, most definitely!

What authors do you usually read?
LOL, this list is super long so to keep it short here's a few: J.D.Robb/Nora Roberts, Lori Handeland, Vickie Taylor, Marjorie M. Liu, Shelly Laurenston, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Christine Feehan, Laurell K. Hamilton, Anne McCaffrey, Jim Butcher, Katie MacAlister and Robin D. Owens.
What did you think of FULL MOON RISING?
I LOVED this book! I started it within an hour of receiving it --- bad idea as I was about half way done when it was time to fix a meal. I couldn't put the book down, so I started reading while fixing the meal and nearly burned the meal.
This author has done her homework. She has believable characters, both main and secondary. Her plot is great, the action is nonstop and the sex is unbelievable.
She shows the love between siblings Riley and Rhoan and the emotional angst when things go wrong. She also isn't afraid to show real emotions between characters. When someone is mad, there's a reason and if someone is having sex, it is so skillfully done that it is part of the story and not just a way to up the word count. She's given all the characters meaningful jobs and actions that compel a reader to keep reading.
The action starts practically on page one and continues throughout the book. You get to meet Riley and her twin brother Rhoan. An unusual set of twins to be sure. Not only are they shifters (wolves), but they're also part vampire. While trying to solve a mystery they run up against rogue vampires, wolves and other assorted creatures. I don't want to say more as that might spoil the surprise of the book.
Would you ever read a future book by Keri Arthur?
Heck YEAH! I can't wait for the next one and I'm hoping she delves further into the lives of Riley and Rhoan.

What did you think of FULL MOON RISING?
Haven't finished it yet. But, I like the easy style of writing --- it is not difficult following the storyline. The title of the book caught my eye as well as the cover.
Would you ever read a future book by Keri Arthur?
I don't really know. I would look it over but [they are] not really my type of book. Thanks for the opportunity to read this book as it would probably be one I waited for the library to acquire.

What authors do you usually read?
James Patterson, Dean Koontz, Mary Jane Clark, Stuart Woods and Joy Fielding, just to name a few. I could go on.
What did you think of FULL MOON RISING?
Keri has a good storyline, but I am not into the lovemaking part. Vampires and werewolves are not my thing, but I finished it because of the storyline --- it was good.
Would you ever read a future book by Keri Arthur?
[If it had] less lovemaking, maybe I would. I never read romance unless it has a very good mystery with it. I like ghosts, psychics and such.
