Dear Reader:
As I write this I am in Denver at the Romance Writers of America convention. I spent part of the evening at a mega-author signing where over 200 romance authors signed books to benefit Literacy charities. What fun to meet Nora Roberts, Tess Gerritsen, Brenda Joyce, Meg Cabot and a host of other authors who have been reviewed and interviewed on The Book Report Network websites over the past few years. The hotel here is filled with authors and would-be authors. In every elevator and in every hallway the chatter is all about books!
Speaking of which....remember that this is the LAST week to enter our Summer Beach Reads Contest. Be sure to get your entry in. Remember the prize packages include 12 hardcover and 12 paperback titles. Visitors have been salivating when they see these terrific titles on the shelves in my office. The winners are going to receive some great summer reading choices.
As we mentioned last week, we are not doing an update this week. Many of you are traveling, as am I.
