Dear Reader:
Be sure to read the True Crime Authors Roundtable this week where there are some bone chilling experiences revealed by some of the authors who write in this genre. I love True Crime books, but they scare me silly. I can remember one book that had me so scared, I hit my husband in the head with a hairdryer when he slipped quietly into the room and suprised me while I was reading and drying my hair.
This week in three separate conversations talking books to people they all mentioned titles that they had stopped reading because they did not like them. I have to admit there are few books I have not finished once I started them. We are doing a Poll this week that asks you this and two other thought-provoking questions about your book habits. See below for details.
This week in DON'T MISS we tell you about a terrific book called THE TIPPING POINT that caused quite a stir when it came out last year. It's now in paperback and worth picking up. What makes an idea become a trend or something getting a lot of buzz? Well, we like to think we do that with books here --- in our newsletter, on our webpages and through Word of Mouth. Sure hope you agree.
