Official Rules for the 2014 Summer Reading Daily Contests

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) over the age of 18. The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of The Book Report, Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above. Winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all correct responses received. One entry per e-mail address.

HOW TO ENTER: The contest is open daily from 12PM ET on start date to 11:59AM ET on end date. While the contest is posted on Bookreporter.com, you can enter by filling out this form.

HOW TO WIN: The total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. One entry per e-mail address. From all eligible entries received, Bookreporter.com will randomly select five (5) First Prize Winners who will receive one (1) copy of the title featured in the designated 24 hour period. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RESERVED RIGHTS: Neither the Sponsor, nor the parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor the promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web Site or otherwise violating these rules. The Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
