2008 Will Eisner Comic Industry Award Winners
On July 25th, the winners of the 2008 Eisner Awards were announced at a gala ceremony held during Comic-Con International in San Diego. Now in its 20th year, the Awards celebrate, as well as create awareness for, comics and related popular art forms. This year's winners were selected from a widely diverse selection of 148 nominations in 30 categories. They include:
