Chelsea Quinn Yarbro is the recipient of the 2003 World Horror Convention Grand Master Award. She will be honored at the 2003 World Horror Convention, to be held in Kansas City, Missouri from April 17-20, 2003. The author of over 70 books and 60 short stories, Yarbro is best-known for her series of novels featuring the vampire Count Saint-Germain. The most recent novel in the series is NIGHT BLOOMING.
