First is BOOM by Tom Brokaw. He is such a spectacular writer. I haven't read it yet, but I enjoy his writing and have hinted strongly to at least 5 people about this book, so I suspect it will appear at least once. I can't wait to share it.
A THOUSAND SPLENDID SUNS by Khaled Hosseini is second on my list. We are so lucky to have such an insightful and easily enjoyable writer today that everyone should be given an opportunity to experience him.
Lastly only in number in the question is THE SECRET SERVANT by Dan Silva. There is so much to say about this book. Ultimately, though, it is so very timely and offers such high suspense and entertainment that I can think of no one who would not enjoy it!
