I'm most looking forward to reading Susan Isaac's Long Time No See. I loved Compromising Positions and I'm sure that her sequel will be just as funny and well written. I just hope she doesn't wait over 20 years to write the third volume in this series.

Editor's Note: The paperback of Prodigal Summer will be out in November. Beyond that there are no new Kingsolver books scheduled.

J.D. Robb's Seduction in Death, Eve Dallas' latest adventure. This author never fails to provide a great read. She is one of the few authors I will buy on strength of name alone.

Without a doubt I look forward to Carl Hiaasen's Paradise Screwed.  I have read all of his books and love his sense of humor.  He also published an expose on Disney (now, I've forgotten the title) and found it extremely interesting.

I am looking forward to reading T.C. Boyle's latest. It has been out in hardback for sometime but I have actually never seen it in any of the bookstores I've been in. I've been looking for it since you reviewed way back, probably in 2000. At Barnes & Noble they said it would be out in paperback this fall. Is it called Friend of the Earth?
