Richard Plass

Dr. Richard Plass is president of CrossPoint Ministry in Jeffersonville, Indiana, where he cultivates spiritual formation in the lives of leaders. After serving in pastoral ministry for 25 years, he obtained a PhD from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in counseling. Rich is married to Sallie, and they have six children.
