A native of Chicago, J. A. Konrath is the author of four Jack Daniels mysteries --- WHISKEY SOUR, BLOODY MARY, RUSTY NAIL and DIRTY MARTINI --- and has also written for cable TV, performed improvisational comedy, and designed award-winning websites.
