Doug Wilson ophthalmologist and a life-long baseball fanatic. He is a member of the Society of American Baseball Researchers. His books include FRED HUTCHINSON AND THE 1964 CINCINNATI REDS, THE BIRD: The Life and Legacy of Mark Fidrych, and BROOKS: The Biography of Brooks Robinson.
