Didier Lefèvre

Didier Lefèvre was born in 1957 in France. After getting a diploma as a pharmaceutical biologist, he filed his first photographic reportage for Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in 1984. His work with MSF took him to Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Colombia, Cambodia, Sierra Leone, Eritrea, Malawi, Niger, and Ivory Coast, while other international assignments took him to Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, China, Albania, Macedonia, Israel, Rwanda, Kosovo, Iran, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan.  He is the co-author, with renowned illustrator Emmanuel Guibert, of ,THE PHOTOGRAPHER, a graphic novel documenting Didier’s travels with MSF in Afghanistan in 1986.
