Claire Prentice is an award-winning journalist whose work has appeared in The Washington Post, The Times of London, The Guardian, Sydney Morning Herald, The BBC, Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire. She has worked as a foreign correspondent based in New York and Washington DC, and has written articles from Japan, South America, Spain and the Antarctic. She reported on the 2004, 2008 and 2012 American Presidential elections. Her first book, the incredible true story of THE LOST TRIBE OF CONEY ISLAND, was published in October 2014.
