A boy literally disappears from Main Street. A security camera captures the moment of his instant, inexplicable vanishing. A bank robbery goes seriously wrong, cops are killed, a helicopter is shot down from the sky. There is a cascade of disastrous events that affect twenty people in the span of thirty-six hours.
